Planting The Garden
This school year we are growing vegetables and flowers

Dear Garden volunteers,

We are always looking for volunteers to help weed and water the garden.

If you walk around the gardens you would noticed that vegetables are always growing in our gardens.

 

Please contact our garden coordinator if you would like to help keeping our gardens beautiful

 

 

Harvesting The Gardens

 Below are ideas for Planting and Customizing the garden from previews years

  • Last year we harvested so many vegetables and flowers. We put them in baskets for the teachers. During the summer we offered them to teachers. We can also donated the vegetables to churches or homless. It will be good to plan in advance and ask your teacher for a Harvesting Day some time during the end of November or beginning of December. You can combine this activity with your December Box.

Cleaning The Garden

During May, the volunteers of each class should make sure that the gardens are clean before the end of the school year. Some of them still have flowers and you could do any of the activities below:
