Accelerated Reader

This program provides a fun and exciting way to promote reading and to strengthen independent reading comprehension at home and at school.

Throughout the year the children read books within their reading level and then take AR tests either in their classroom or in the computer lab to earn points. The reading level is determined by the teacher in the classroom.

Environmental Education

Environmental Education
Environmental Education (EE) is a PTA sponsored program that brings science to life for the students of Dolvin Elementary. Parent volunteers lead students through interactive activities and exciting experiments that coordinate with the science curriculum and reinforce the Georgia Performance Standards (GPS) for each grade level.
