Book Fair
Dolvin’s Book Fair is held in the Media Center each fall. Children
come with their class to browse the selections and return the
following week to make their purchases. The Reading Extravaganza takes place
during the 2nd week of the Book Fair. Parents and students are invited
to school that evening to hear the teachers, dressed in character, read
their favorite stories for the kids. On this night the Book Fair is
open late. Come early to see the
parade of
characters! |
Kids Care
Kids Care is a service club where 4th and 5th graders learn the joy of giving back. Club activities focus on fun and charitable projects to benefit our community, especially other children. One example is the Window of Wishes program where club members coordinate a
school wide collection of holiday gifts to benefit Dolvin families
in need.
Meetings are held after school approximately once a month and volunteers are always needed.
|
Field Day
Join your kids for a day of play! Field Day takes place each year in May. Many volunteers are needed to assist the PE teachers with numerous fun activities and athletic events.
|
School Store
The School Store is available to students before school on select Wednesdays throughout
the year. Students can purchase a variety of school supply items. Check the calendar for dates.

Dolphin Pride Day
Students are encouraged to wear their spirit wear or Dolvin school colors (blue and white) to celebrate Dolphin Pride Day on the first Friday of every month. Students enjoy activities to promote school spirit. Popcorn sold in the lunchroom for 50 cents.

Spirit Wear
Dolvin t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other items are available
to students, parents, and teachers for purchase. Spirit Wear is available
for purchase at Sneak Preview just prior to the start of school.
